This site has been designed to be simplistic in appearance, with fast access into the worker database and searchability like no other, which offers true results without the congestion of possibly many resume papers, per each person selected. Work-boss only allows workers to submit a brief but accurate summary of their work experience for your convenience, at this early selection stage (their full resume would be taken with them to any interview).

For the workers: by placing your resume/experience into the database, gets only your basic details and resume shown as your identity is protected from public view, and only known by us at work-boss.com.au. Your basic details and resume are on our site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for either 1 year (for unemployed, university & high school students) or 6 months (for everyone else) for only $20.00. That works out at only 5.5 cents per day for unemployed, university & high school students, or 11 cents per day for all others.

Important:( For reasons of security & information integrity, we at workboss, encourage the use of the most secure option available to the worker;- that being the paid option WITHOUT ACCESS TO YOUR DETAILS;- however this may not be very appealing to the worker who wants access to his/ her details so they may be changed, so two additional options are also available ;- PAID WITH ACCESS, and FREE WITH ACCESS, additional conditions apply to these options, read carefully).

For the employers: there is no restriction on who can search the database, as it is open to anyone, and it's FREE.

Cost: this is one of the main reasons behind this employment service, as you may have already found, there is quite a number of them out there! Our prices are shown in the rates and prices section, for you to contact up to 4 individuals for the job position at a flat rate of $25.00.

We do not have any membership fee or requirements to meet, no password or id number to remember to search the database and no commission or percentage based fee for placing the individual(s) into a job, from using this site.

You can search our database free for that new employee, with what I believe to be the best search fields, so you can find that right worker.

The cost of making contact with a possible new worker is rather small in comparison to using the newspaper, radio or television, which only lasts that day, or for that moment in radio or TV time. Not to mention the time consuming process of going through all of the prospective candidates' resumes.

Best of all, you know the requirements needed for the job better than any other person. That is why you have as many search fields as possible available to you, to get the right person for the job - no explaining these requirements to a second person who is finding you that new employee.

By the time the candidate that you have chosen through this site comes for their first interview, you already have a number of questions answered, so you will only have a short list of candidates for the job. As the old saying goes, time is money.

Search tips: The main search fields should be fully utilized to offer the most exacting results for refinement, as any field not used will not be available in the refinement section. The results will only be as good as the information used for its search!

Having the ability to refine your main search results with a number of selected fields in the refinement section, gives the searcher a fast and precise result from the fields chosen. Best of all this section only manipulates the main search results, no matter what configuration of fields are used, or how many times it is used, until a new main search is conducted.

You can print out any of the resumes/experiences of any one in the results list, so as to have a hard copy, by pressing on the ID number of the individual or first name, then print the page.

These resumes/experiences, will only be approximately one A4 page long, and consist of main keypoints of their experience, so as to not bog the searcher down in piles of resume papers at this point.

Should you find a possible new employee(s), select that person by pressing on the select button on the right hand side. This puts them into a contact area, (this area is to the side of and under the bypass section, up in the main search section) once happy with your selection, press next. The next page is filled in along with your e-mail message and the selected employee(s) receive your message, once payment for this message has been processed and approved.

Your message will be sent to those selected - it's now up to the individual to get in contact with you, to arrange an interview time etc. The reason for this approach is the worker/employee's identity remains protected.
